Ricky Ledo (ex AEK) signs at Al-Muharraq

Al-Muharraq (Premier League) landed 31-year old American 201cm small forward Ricky Ledo (college: Providence, agency: Slash Sports). He started the season at AEK Athens in Greek GBL league. The last summer he played at Anhui Wenyi (NBL) in Chinese league.
In 2013 he was drafted by Milwaukee Bucks (NBA) in second round (43rd overall). The former Providence College star is in his eleventh (!!!) season in pro basketball.
He is a very experienced player. And here thanks to pro basketball he experienced life in eleven different countries playing on four different continents. He is familiar with European, Asian, Latin American and of course North American leagues. He has played previously professionally in China (Guandong Tigers, Loongs and Royal Fighters), Greece, Italy (Reggio Emilia), Lebanon (Al Riyadi), Poland (Anwil), Puerto Rico (Vaqueros, Fajardo and Gigantes), Spain (Baskonia), Taiwan (Dreamers), Turkey (Efes, Yalovaspor, Yesilgiresun and Fethiye), NBA G League (Stockton Kings and Wisconsin Herd) and The Basketball Tournament (Team Hines and YGC).
Among many awards he won Chinese NBL championship title in 2023. He was voted to Eurobasket.com Polish League All-Imports Team back in 2020.
