Al-Ahli maintains second place with 11-3 record behind leader Al-Manama. Samaheej lost their sixth game in a row. They keep the tenth position with 13 games lost. Al-Ahli's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Manama to the arena Al-Ittihad.

In the last two games of round 15 Al-Hala beat Sitra on the road 90-74. Bottom-ranked Issa Town was destroyed by Al-Muharraq on its own court 69-99.
