The game between 9th ranked Nuwaidrat (2-5) and third ranked Al-Ittihad (5-2) in Manama on Saturday ended with biggest points difference. Guests from Manama outscored Nuwaidrat 108-62. Al-Ittihad maintains third place with 5-2 record having just two points less than leader Al-Manama. Loser Nuwaidrat keeps the ninth position with five games lost.

In the last two games of round 7 Issa Town was beaten by Al-Hala on the road 100-91. Bahrain Club won against Samaheej on its own court 86-73.
