Adrian Uter

Al-Ittihad Manama (Premier League) added to their roster experienced 37-year old Jamaican-American ex-international power forward Adrian Uter (201cm-102kg-1984, college: Hofstra, agency: BeoBasket) for season 2022-23. Uter played this summer at Mets de Guaynabo in Puerto Rican BSN league. In 6 games just recently he recorded 9.5ppg, 5.8rpg and 1.5apg. The last season he played at Al-Ahli. He helped them to win the cup and make to league semifinals.
In 2006 he was drafted by Brooklyn Kings (USBL) in third round (22nd overall).
Uter graduated from Hofstra University and it will be his 17th (!!!) season in pro basketball. He was a member of Jamaican Senior National Team back in 2013.
Uter is quite experienced player. Thanks to Uter's pro career he managed to play on four different continents (Europe, Asia, Latin America and of course North America) in eight different countries. He has played previously professionally in Austria (Gmunden Swans), France (ASVEL Lyon Villeurbanne Basket, Monaco and Saint Vallier), Israel (Maccabi Rishon, Hapoel Lev Hasharon, Galil Elion and Hapoel Eilat), Italy, Mexico (Plateros), Portugal (Illiabum) and South Korea (Goyang). Uter won Puerto Rican BSN championship title in 2014, 2015 and 2020. He was voted to Eurobasket.com All-Israeli National League Center of the Year back in 2009, 2010 and 2011.
