Brian Bridgeforth

Al-Ittihad Manama (Premier League) inked 27-year old American 208cm center Brian Bridgeforth (college: WAU). The last time (20) he played at Al-Najma in Bahrain Premier League. Bridgeforth missed last season due to covid-19 restrictions and had longer break from professional basketball.
He is a very experienced player. Bridgeforth has quite traveled the world as his pro career brought him to eight different countries on five different continents (Europe, Asia, Latin America, Africa and of course North America). He has played previously professionally in Belize (Verdes), Canada (Windsor Express), Iraq (Zakho), Lebanon (Homentmen), Morocco (MAS Fez), Sweden (Uppsala Basket), TTBL (Harford Bucs) and The Basketball Tournament (DC Funkhouse P.).
Among many awards his team made it to the Lebanese Cup final in 2019. Bridgeforth received All-USCAA D1 Player of the Year award and All-AII Div.II Defensive Player of the Year award between 2016 and 2017 at his college time.
He attended Washington Adventist University until 2017 and it will be his fifth season in pro basketball.
