Nuwaidrat lands Josip Mikulic

Al-Nuwaidrat Manama (Premier League) landed 28-year old Croatian 215cm power forward Josip Mikulic, college: Fairfield, agency: Interperformances for new season. Mikulic played most recently at Hopsi Polzela in Slovenian Liga Nova KBM. In 20 games he was league's fourth best scorer with impressive 17.1ppg and recorded 5.4rpg last season. He was also voted League Player of the Week.
Mikulic was a member of Croatian U20 National Team back in 2012.
He is a very experienced player. And here thanks to pro basketball he experienced life in six different countries playing on three different continents. Mikulic is familiar with European, Asian and of course North American leagues. He has played previously professionally in Bosnia (Siroki and Igokea), Jordan (Al Ahli), Serbia (Metalac), Spain (Coruna), Croatia (Bosco) and Czech Republic (Olomoucko).
His team won Jordanian Cup in 2020.
Mikulic attended Fairfield University until 2013 and it will be his ninth season in pro basketball.
