Murphy Holloway (ex ET Land) agreed terms with Muharraq

Murphy Holloway

Al-Muharraq (Premier League) strengthened their roster with addition of 30-year old American forward Murphy Holloway (201-109kg-90, college: Ole Miss). He has played for the last two years at ET Land in South Korean KBL league. In 42 games he recorded 13.1ppg, 9.4rpg, 2.1apg and 1.3spg last season. Good year as he was selected League Player of the Week (3 times).
Holloway received also Asia-Basket.com All-Korean KBL 2nd Team award in 2020.
The previous (2019) summer Holloway played at Armored Athlete in U.S. semi-pro league The Basketball Tournament.
He is a very experienced player. Thanks to Holloway's pro career he managed to play on three different continents (Europe, Asia and of course North America) in five different countries. Holloway has played previously professionally in France (Cholet Basket), Israel (Galil Gilboa, Maccabi Rishon Le-Zion, Hapoel Kfar Saba and Ironi Kiryat Ata), Italy (Trieste), Philippines (North Port) and Turkey.
His college team won SEC Tournament in 2013.
He attended University of Mississippi until 2013 and it will be his eighth season in pro basketball.
