Defending champion Al-Muharraq (Premier League) has announced that they agreed with the 55 years old American Coach Dean Murray to be the head coach of senior team for season 2019-2020 the American Coach who already arrived in Bahrain replaced the Serbian Coach Ivan Jermic who coached the team last season and moved to coach Kazma Club in Kuwait this season.
Last season coach Dean has coached Formosa Dreamers The Taiwanese club which participated in Asean League, in that year coach Dean named as Asia-Basket.com All-ASEAN League Coach of the Year -19.
After his long experience in the USA (NBA D-League and NCAA2) Europe (Lithuania) and Asia (China, Korea, Japan and Taiwan) It will be his first experience in Middle East region.
