Here is the last round review presented by ESL.

The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of Isa Town (0-1) in Issa Town on Thursday night. Hosts were rolled over by Al-Muharraq (1-0) 96-62. Al-Muharraq dominated down low during the game scoring 66 of its points in the paint compared to Isa Town's 30. They outrebounded Isa Town 55-26 including a 20-8 advantage in offensive rebounds. Al-Muharraq looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Al-Muharraq made 9 blocks. American forward Sean Williams (208-86, college: Boston Coll.) fired a double-double by scoring 14 points, 22 rebounds, 6 assists and 8 blocks for the winners. Ahmed Aldurazi chipped in 15 points, 6 rebounds and 8 assists. Tunisian Ahmed Salman produced 27 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists for lost side. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Al-Muharraq is looking forward to face Al-Ahli in Manama in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Isa Town will play at home against Al-Najma (#10) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
Another exciting game was between Al-Riffa and Sitra where Al-Riffa (1-0) crushed Sitra (0-1) on the road with 29-point difference 68-39. Worth to mention a great performance of Slovenian power forward Sasa Zagorac (206-84) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 18 points and 15 rebounds. Subah Hussain contributed with 10 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. Senegalese center Mansour Kasse (208-92) answered with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 21 rebounds for Sitra. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Al-Riffa will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Sitra will play at home against Al-Ittihad (#2) to get more than just one victory in their record.
An exciting game was played in Manama. Al-Manama faced Al-Najma. Host Al-Manama (1-0) defeated guests from Manama (0-1) 80-69. Hussain Altawash stepped up and scored 20 points, 6 rebounds and 9 assists for the winners. Al-Manama's coach used an eleven-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest. At the losing side Kevin Rogers responded with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 18 rebounds. Al-Manama will meet Al-Bahrain (#8) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Al-Najma will play against Isa Town in Issa Town and hope to win that game.

Al-Nweidrat's next round opponent will be Bahrain Youth (#7) in Manama which should be theoretically another easy game. Al-Bahrain will play at home against Al-Manama and hope to win that game.
The game in Manama was also quite interesting. Al-Hala (0-1) played at the court of Al-Ittihad (1-0). Al-Ittihad managed to secure a 6-point victory 66-60 on Wednesday. Mile Ilic fired a double-double by scoring 29 points and 17 rebounds for the winners. Al-Hala's coach Zeljko Zecevic rotated twelve players in this game, but that didn't help.
