Khalil Brown
Sitra Club (Premier League) agreed terms with American forward Khalil Brown (206-100kg, college: Pace). He played last summer at Can Tho Catfish in Vietnamese VBA league.
Brown graduated from Pace University in 2015 and it will be his third season as a professional player.

Isa Town (Premier League) tabbed 21-year old Serbian center Pavle Cvetinovic (215-110kg-97). Cvetinovic played most recently at Pelister Bitola in FYR Macedonian Prva Liga. The previous (16-17) season he played at Elektra (2SKL) in league where in 20 games he averaged 13.6ppg, 8.1rpg and 1.9bpg. BAHRAIN missed out on the bronze medal last night in the 23rd Arab Men's Basketball Championship in Cairo losing to hosts Egypt 72-84 in the game for third place. The gold medal was claimed by Saudi Arabia, who beat Algeria 85-81 in the final. The UAE finished last. BAHRAIN bowed out of title contention in the 23rd Arab Men's Basketball Championship last night after a heartbreaking 66-74 loss to Algeria in the semi-finals. The Bahrainis kept things close for three quarters, but in the final canto could not match their rivals.
