The 4th U20 Junior men Asian Championship has taken draw.
This competition means a lot for all participation, as it is the qualification for 2005 world U20 Championship.
In the ceremony, with the absence of Sheikh Saud Bin Ali Al Thani, the Quatrain president of FIBA - ASIA, Mr. Hagoup Khajirian the first deputy secretary general of FIBA-ASIA got mission on this matter. There is only one problem, may the competition postpone to another date. Mr. Khajirian was trying to find a way of not delay the championship, but Mr. Mahmoud Mashhoon the president of Iran B.B.F said the court of the competition will not be ready. Now the final conclusion will be announced by the Fiba-Asia within 3 days.will FIBA-ASIA agree with the postponed of U20 championship in Iran? for getting the answer should wait.
The competition has been cleared as fellow:
Group A: Qatar, Hong Kong, Kuwait and Iran
Group B: Korea, Saudi Arabia, Kazakhstan, and Lebanon
Group C: China, Malaysia, Jordan and Philippine
Group D: Japan, India, Taiwan and Iraq
