SK Knights stormed past Liaoning to open win count in Nonthaburi. Six players scored in double digits for the Korean team. SK Knights recorded a 47:25 halftime advantage. They dropped 61 points in the second half to ease to the victory. Kihun Byun (187-G/F-89) had 22 points, while DaJuan Summers (203-PF-88, college: Georgetown) added 16 points in the win. Xu Guo (197-F/G-81) responded with 14 points for Liaoning.

Petrochimi recorded the second straight win in Group A. They fired past Pauian to remain undefeated. Behnam Yakhchali (196-SG-95) posted 28 points and 8 assists in the victory. Petrochimi dominated from start to finish. They established a 41:31 halftime lead. Petrochimi unloaded 28 points in the third term to clear off for good. Sajjad Mashayekhi (180-PG-94) accounted for 17 points in the win. Emanuel Jones (200-F-85, college: UTRGV) recorded 14 points for Pauian.

Toyota Alvark - Meralco Bolts 84-73
Toyota Alvark prevailed against Meralco Bolts to improve at 2-0 record in Group B. Alex Kirk (211-C-91, college: N.Mexico, agency: Pensack Sports) notched 23 points and 11 rebounds for the winning side. Meralco Bolts posted a 37:35 halftime lead. But Toyota Alvark took over in the second half. They ignited a 49:36 run after the big break to race to the victory. Daiki Tanaka had 17 points for the Japanese team. Allen Durham (198-F/C-88, college: Grace Bible) provided 31 points and 12 rebounds for Meralco Bolts.

Al Riyadi - Mono Vampire 106-100 OT
Al Riyadi survived an overtime thriller to tame Mono Vampire for the first win in Group B. Mono Vampire led by two points at halftime 46:48. But Al Riyadi went on a 22:14 run in the third term to surge ahead. Mono Vampire recovered in the fourth term to force overtime. But Al Riyadi unloaded 19 points in the extra period to rally to the win. Amir Saoud (186-G-91) had 30 points, 9 rebounds and 8 assists for Riyadi. Mark Lyons (185-G-89, college: Arizona, agency: Higher Vision Sports) added 27 points and 10 assists for the Lebanese team. Michael Singletary (198-F-88, college: Texas Tech) responded with 30 points and 20 rebounds for Mono Vampire.
