Samuel Deguara hit buzzer-beater to propel Mono Vampire to the decisive victory over Chongson as they swept the semifinal series. Mono Vampire outrebounded Chongson 55-37 including a 19-8 advantage in offensive rebounds. Maltese center Samuel Deguara (223-91) notched a double-double by scoring 19 points, 19 rebounds and 4 blocks to lead the effort and American forward Michael Singletary (198-88, college: Texas Tech) supported him with 23 points and 13 rebounds. Singletary is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Even a double-double of 25 points and 15 rebounds by American center Justin Howard (209-81, college: Mercer) did not help to save the game for Chongson. American-Filipino guard Mikh McKinney (184-92, college: Sacramento St.) added 20 points for the guests. Four Chongson players scored in double figures.

Alab Pilipinas topped Hong Kong ELL to complete the sweep of the series. Alab Pilipinas outrebounded Hong Kong ELL 54-43 including 39 on the defensive glass. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Alab Pilipinas made 8 blocks. 24 personal fouls committed by Hong Kong ELL helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. American-Puerto Rican forward Renaldo Balkman (203-84, college: S.Carolina) had a double-double by scoring 21 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists to lead the charge for the winners and American forward Justin Brownlee (197-88, college: St.John's) chipped in 22 points, 11 rebounds and 4 blocks during the contest. Brownlee is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Four Alab Pilipinas players scored in double figures. Alab Pilipinas' coach used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. American guard Marcus Elliott (191-84, college: Louisiana Tech) responded with 25 points and 9 rebounds and Bahamas power forward Ryan Moss (201-74, college: UALR) produced a double-double by scoring 15 points and 16 rebounds.

Chen Cai (205-C-93) had an amazing evening in the last round for Zhuhai and that's him to receive a Interperformances Player of the Week award for round 11. The 25-year old center had the game-high 34 points adding eight rebounds and five assists for Zhuhai as his team lost the game against Westports MD (#6, 4-3) 83-89.
