King's double-double lands him Player of the Week award

In the team's last game King had a remarkable 57.1% from 2-point range. He turned to be Alab Pilipinas' top player in his first season with the team. Nick King averages this season 19.9ppg and 8.5rpg.

Second best performed player last round was Sam Thompson (201-F-92, agency: Pensack Sports) of Saigon H.. He is American forward in his first season at Saigon H.. In the last game Thompson recorded impressive double-double of 36 points and 10 rebounds. Bad luck as Saigon H. lost that game 79-99 to the higher-ranked Alab Pilipinas (#2, 10-6). Saigon H. are still at the very bottom. 11 lost games are too many comparing to just three victories Saigon H. managed to get this year. Thompson is one of the most experienced players at Saigon H. and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 20.7ppg (#9). Third place about best performers goes to another Alab Pilipinas' star - center Samuel Deguara (225-C-91). Deguara scored 23 points and grabbed eight rebounds. He was another key player of Alab Pilipinas, helping his team with a 99-79 easy win against the lower-ranked Saigon H. (#10, 3-11).
