In the second game Antranik suffered its first loss against the well known Al Ahli from Egypt , Antranik who missed their shooting guard Lucious Wagner due to an injury received one dat earlier in the scrimmage game against Champville , had a good start but couldnt continue on the same tempo till the end , the game stood close throughout all its minutes , in the last minute the game was 78-75 from Al Ahli Antranik received an Unsportsmanlike Foul and a Technical Fouls which secured the First win for Al Ahly in the tournament on the score of the 85-75.

The much anticipated championship will start on November 22nd 2008 , this year anew format will be adopted which will bring more intensity to the game and will create bigger competition .
In the first round the 10 teams will play against each other on a home and away format .

A : 1st , 3rd , 6th , 8th B : 2nd , 4th , 5th , 7th
The teams in the groups will play each other on a home and away format, the teams will be classified after this round in each group .
The 3rd round will the playoffs and will be played as follows:
Group A : A1 ,A2 ,A3 ,A4
Group B : B1 ,B2 , B3 , B4
The games will be played with a best of 3 format.

The 4th round will be the Final 4 which will join the winners from the playoffs round with a best of 5 format :
