Date of birth: 23/08/1990 Nationality: American/Jordanian
Height (cm): 198 Weight (kg): 101
Position: Shooting Guard/Power Forward/ or Point guard
Career/Comments:
Very Mature and clever player, that creates plays from all aspects of the court.. Louay Obeidi is interchangeable right and left handed player who loves to get his man in foul trouble when it comes to one on one situation. He is a great slasher to the basket, and is very multi-dimensional when it comes to shooting the ball, whether it is coming off screens, jump shots, or even set shots, Louay knows how to use his shooting skill in a very dangerous way. Louay has a smart sense of attacking his man where heʼs most vulnerable; the one aspect of his game that really sticks out is his ability to score. Very difficult to defend because Louay has the size of a big man but the ability of a point guard. When being guarded by a big man he is able to beat him to the basket which causes double teams and more players to be open or when being tested by a small man he has the muscle and strength to be isolated in the post for an easy two-points. He speaks fluent English and Arabic, and is learning Spanish. Easily adapts to society and is an ambitious and quick learner.
