Champville triumphs at West Asia Basketball League 2013 - May 17, 2013

Champville triumphs at West Asia Basketball League 2013 with 7 teams participating. The team from Lebanon finished with 5-1 record and stepped higher than Foolad Mahan and Petroshemi that also had the same record. The Lebanese team had a better difference in the game between three teams.
On May 15th Champville outscored Al-Jaish from Syria 105:63. Champville dominated the whole game and enjoyed 51:36 lead at the halftime. The team improved to 77:53 after three quarters and managed to score three-digit number. Jeremiah Massey (202-F-82, college: Kansas St.) stepped up with 28 points and 13 rebounds, while Fadi Khatib (199-F-79) had 24 points and 11 boards.
In the last game Champville rolled over Al Karkh from Iraq 102:76. The champions opened the game with 26-13 and added 26-16 in the second frame. Moreover they won the third quarter 30-23 and finished the game scoring another three digit number.
