    Danang Dragons claimed the opening victory in VBA Finals. They upset Hochiminh in the opener. The game without a history. Danang Dragons led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Danang grabbed a 31:26 halftime lead. They sank 38 points in the second half and rallied to the victory at the end. Rudolphe Joly (208-C-92, college: Sheridan JC) scored 29 points and grabbed 18 rebounds to pace the winners. Jaywuan Hill (203-F/C-89, college: SW Baptist) responded with 22 points and 19 rebounds for Hochiminh.

    23-year old center Darius Lewis (211-C-94) had a great game in the last round for second-ranked Saigon H. and receives a Asia-basket.com Player of the Week award for round 4.
