The Macedonian Basketball Federation named the experienced 53 years old coach Jordanco Davitkov to be the new head coach of Macedonia senior NT, he will replaces the Serbian coach Dragan Raca who coached the national team during last summer.
Actually this is not the first time for coach Jordanco at that position, he coached the senior national team of Macedonia between 2001 until 2007 and since 2009 he has been coaching in Middle east he worked 3 seasons with Al Qadsia then one season with Al Jahraa "In Kuwait" then moved to United Arab Emirates where he coached Al Wasl between 2012 until 2015 and since 2015 he is the head coach of Al Shaab.
He coach Kuwait Senior National Team in 2011 as well, coach Jordanco won the league of Kuwait three times and the cup one time, beside winning Gulf Championship plus he reached the finalist of Emirati league in 2014, he has Macedonian League Champion and Macedonian Cup Champion in his winning book !!

Banijas Abu Dhabi (D1) tabbed experienced 36-year old American forward Donald Cole (203-81, college: Sam Houston State). He played most recently at Hoops in Lebanese Pepsi LBL, but left. In only one game he had very impressive stats: 18 points, 6 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 steals and 3 blocks last season. The previous (15-16) season Cole played at Al Ain where in 26 D1 games he averaged remarkable 28.7ppg, 11.3rpg and 3.4apg. Banijas Abu Dhabi (D1) landed experienced 37-year old Croatian center Bruno Sundov (221-119kg-80) from Al Shaab. In 1998 Sundov was drafted by Dallas Mavericks (NBA) in second round (35th overall). Among other achievements he won Bahrain League championship title in 2016. Sundov was selected to Bulgarian League All-Star Game in 2011, 2012 and 2015. Todd O'Brien (ex Seraeyett) signs at Al Naser - 28 days ago
Al Naser Dubai (D1) landed 28-year old American (has also Armenian passport) center Todd O'Brien (211-110kg-89, college: UAB). He played in the summer at Seraeyett in Palestinian PBBA. O'Brien managed to play in four leagues in two countries last year (!!!). In four Asia Champions Cup games he averaged impressive 19.3ppg, 11.8rpg (#3 in the league), 3.3apg, 1.0spg and 1.5bpg.
