Divina Seguros Juventut Badalona (Liga Endesa) tabbed 26-year old American center Garrett Stutz (212-115kg-90, college: Wichita State). He played most recently at Al Wasl in United Arab Emirates. Stutz managed to play in three leagues in two countries last year (!!!). He also played that season for Tsmoki-Minsk in Belarusian league where in 7 FIBA Europe Cup games he averaged 13.1ppg, 7.0rpg, 1.3apg and 1.3bpg. Stutz also played 24 games in VTB United League where he had 13.9ppg and 7.0rpg.
He has tried to make it to the NBA and played in the NBA Pro Summer League in 2013.
Stutz won Czech Republic League championship title in 2015.
He is a very experienced player. And here thanks to pro basketball Stutz experienced life in four different countries playing on three different continents. He is familiar with European, Asian and of course North American leagues. Stutz has played previously professionally in Korea (Anyang KGC), Poland (Energa Czarni), Czech Republic (CEZ Nymburk) and D-League (Maine Red Claws).
He attended Wichita State until 2012 and it will be his fifth season in pro basketball.

Al-Ahli celebrated UAE League Basketball 2017/18 title beating Al-Nasr in the Final series. In game 1 they posted a 103-86 win as they controlled the entire game. In game 2 Al-Ahli sealed an 89-83 victory as the last period ended up with 19-18 rally. Qais Alshabebi (200-C-91) scored 23 points and Mohammed Abdullatif delivered 15. Al-Nasr and Al-Ahli reach the Finals - 1 month ago
Al-Nasr and Al-Ahli reached the Finals as they posted another wins in the second games. Al-Ahli overcame Al Sharja 81-65 and won the series with two wins. Al-Nasr posted a 64-63 win over Banni Yas and alo reached the second victory. In the first game Al-Ahli overcame Al Sharja 84-82 in a real thriller. SANI SAKAKINI Defending champion Ahli Shabab Dubai (D1) agreed terms with 29-year old Palestinian ex-international center Sani Sakakini (204-100kg-88). He started the season at Guangzhou Long-Lions in Chinese CBA league. In 37 games he had very impressive stats: 21.2ppg, 11.7rpg, 2.2apg and 1.3spg this season.
