Mono Thew earned the second straight victory in the championship series. The game without a history. Mono Thew led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They made 20-of-25 free shots (80.0 percent) during the game. Mono Thew looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. American center Anthony McClain (213-88, college: Cincinnati) had a double-double by scoring 28 points and 19 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and the other American import forward Patrick Sanders (201-85, college: Cal-Irvine) chipped in 15 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists during the contest. American forward Michael Singletary (198-88, college: Texas Tech, agency: Three Eye Sports) responded with 18 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists and Filipino-American point guard Jason Brickman (181-91, college: LIU Brooklyn) scored 15 points and 7 assists. Four Mono Thew and five Mono Vampire players scored in double figures. Mono Vampire's coach rotated ten players seeing no chance for a win.

Hanoi Buffaloes clinched Bronze medals as they swept Mad Goat in the consolation final series. Mad Goat was ahead by 7 points at the halftime before a 49-35 second half run of Hanoi B.. American point guard Matt Van-Pelt (178-91, college: Spring Arbor) notched 33 points (!!!) and 5 assists to lead the effort and American-Filipino power forward Marcus Douthit (210-80, college: Providence) supported him with 20 points and 17 rebounds. Hanoi B.'s coach Todd Purves allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Even a double-double of 30 points and 16 rebounds by American-Filipino guard Taylor Statham (198-92, college: CS San Bernar.) did not help to save the game for Mad Goat. Bahamas center Magnum Rolle (211-86, college: Louisiana Tech) added 23 points, 12 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 blocks for the guests. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures.

The Regular Season in TBSL just ended. Here is the last round review presented by ESL. This derby game ended with only three-point defeat on the road of second-best Mad Goat (5-4) to ninth ranked Kabayan (3-6) 90-87 on Saturday evening. TAYLOR STATHAM 25-year old guard Taylor Statham (198-G-92) put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for second-ranked Mad Goat and receives a Interperformances Player of the Week award for round 8. He had a double-double of 29 points and 13 rebounds, while his team beat PEA (5-3) 78-72. The game was between two of the league's top four teams. There will be only one (last) round of the Regular Season in TBSL. Here is the last round review presented by ESL. The most important game in the last round took place in between second ranked PEA (5-3) and fourth ranked Mad Goat (5-3) on Sunday night. PEA was defeated by Mad Goat in a tough game at home 72-78.
