The games at this stage are more interesting as they can be crucial for the final standings in Regular Season. Despite we already know who is stronger and who is weaker, there may be still last minute surprises and upsets.

The most exciting game of round 15 in the TBL took place in Bangkok. This derby game ended with only two-point home defeat of 5th ranked TGE (7-8) to eighth ranked Dunkin' Raptors (5-10) 95-93 on Saturday evening. The guests trailed by 10 points after three quarters before their 27-15 charge, which allowed them to win the game. 24 personal fouls committed by TGE helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. It was a good game for James Matinez who led his team to a victory with 38 points (!!!) and 5 assists (went 8 for 8 at the free throw line). American forward Michael Earl (203-85, college: Utah St.) contributed with 23 points and 15 rebounds for the winners. Filipino point guard Jeff Viernes (173-90) answered with 23 points and 7 assists for TGE. TGE's coach tried various players' combinations and tested in total eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Dunkin' Raptors maintains eighth place with 5-10 record. TGE lost third consecutive game. They keep the fifth position with eight games lost. Dunkin' Raptors are looking forward to face higher ranked Mad Goat (#4) in Nakorn Phantom in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. TGE will play on the road against Hanoi B. and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
TBL top team - Mono Vampire (13-2) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed tenth ranked PEA (1-14) in Bangkok 112-70. It was a great evening for American center Reginald Johnson (208-89, college: Miami, FL, agency: Three Eye Sports) who led his team to a victory scoring 21 points and 6 rebounds. Michael Singletary helped adding 12 points and 6 rebounds. Mono Vampire's coach felt very confident that he used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The best for the losing side was Maurice Shaw with a double-double by scoring 24 points and 15 rebounds. Mono Vampire have an impressive series of nine victories in a row. Defending champion maintains first place with 13-2 record, which they share with Hitech. PEA lost third consecutive game. They stay at the bottom position with 14 games lost. They share it with Adroit. Mono Vampire's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Bangkok Hitech.
The game between 9th ranked Adroit (1-14) and third ranked Mono Thew (12-3) in Singapore on Saturday ended with biggest points difference. Guests from outscored Adroit 130-79. It was a quality performance for Patrick Sanders who led the winners and scored 19 points and 4 assists. Coach 's team controlled all game and the coach could let to play all 12 players and allowed the starting five to rest. Travis George came up with a double-double by scoring 27 points and 26 rebounds for Adroit in the defeat. The victory was the fourth consecutive win for Mono Thew. They maintain third place with 12-3 record behind leader Mono Vampire. Adroit lost their sixth game in a row. They keep the ninth position with 14 games lost. They share it with PEA. Mono Thew will meet bottom-ranked PEA (#10) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Adroit will play against Kabayan and hope to win that game.

In the last two games of round 15 Hanoi B. was beaten by Hitech on the road 81-75. Mad Goat won against Kabayan on its own court 91-81.

Hitech - Hanoi B. 81-75

No shocking result in a game when second ranked Hitech (13-2) beat 7th ranked Hanoi B. (6-9) in Bangkok 81-75 on Saturday. However just six-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. Hanoi B. trailed by 13 points after 3 quarters before a 23-16 run in the last quarter cut the deficit to 75-81 at the end of the game. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Hitech made 8 blocks. It was an exceptional evening for American center Kwame Alexander (201-90, college: CS San Bernar.) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 25 points and 16 rebounds. His fellow American import guard Avery Scharer (188-86, college: Shoreline CC) accounted for 21 points and 5 assists for the winning side. Scharer is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Hitech's coach used a ten-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest. American power forward Steven Thomas (204-81, college: Middle Tenn.St.) came up with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 21 rebounds and American-Filipino power forward Marcus Douthit (210-80, college: Providence) added 25 points and 13 rebounds respectively for Hanoi B. in the defeat. Four Hanoi B. players scored in double figures. The victory was the seventh consecutive win for Hitech. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with Mono Vampire. Hanoi B. at the other side dropped to the sixth place with nine games lost. They share the position with Kabayan. Hitech's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Bangkok to the arena Mono Vampire.

Mad Goat - Kabayan 91-81

Rather expected game when 6th ranked Kabayan (6-9) lost to fourth ranked Mad Goat (11-4) in Nakorn Phantom 81-91 on Saturday. The game was mostly controlled by Mad Goat. Kabayan managed to win second period 21-18. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Mad Goat dominated down low during the game scoring 66 of its points in the paint compared to Kabayan's 42. Mad Goat had a 42-29 advantage in offensive rebounds. It was an exceptional evening for Bahamas center Magnum Rolle (211-86, college: Louisiana Tech, agency: Stealth Sport) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 26 points, 14 rebounds and 6 assists. American-Filipino guard Taylor Statham (198-92, college: CS San Bernar.) accounted for 28 points and 9 rebounds for the winning side. American Tavarion Nix (201, college: Midwestern St.) came up with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 24 rebounds and the other American import power forward Joel Clarke (208, college: Huston-Tillotson) added 8 points and 11 rebounds respectively for Kabayan in the defeat. Mad Goat maintains fourth place with 11-4 record. Kabayan lost their fifth game in a row. Newly promoted team keeps the sixth position with nine games lost. They share it with Hanoi B..
