Thailand celebrated the second straight win at the start of SEABA Cup. The hosts snatched a narrow win over Malaysia for 2-0 record. Chanachon Klahan (190-F-84) came up with 17 points to lead the winners.
Malaysia got to the better start. They ensured a 20:15 lead after ten minutes. Thailand stopped the rot and narrowed the gap at 4-point mark at the interval 31:35. Thailand exploded with 26 points in the third quarter and pulled ahead for a 57:55 lead with one period remaining. The teams went neck and neck throughout the fourth stanza but Thailand proved more accurate at the end stealing a tough win at the end. Wutipong Dasom notched 13 points, while Attaporn Lertmalaiporn added 9 points for the hosts. Shee Fai Loh (192-G/F-89) answered with 17 points for Malaysia. Hong Hoong Gan (186-G-90) chipped in 11 points for Malaysia.

American Reginald Johnson (208-C-89, agency: Three Eye Sports) had a great game in the last round for league's leader Mono Vampire and that's him to receive a Court Side Player of the Week award for round 14. TBL Round 14: Leader Mono Vampire gets another victory - 6 days ago
Leader Mono Vampire delivered the twelfth win on Sunday night. This time they beat 6th ranked Kabayan (6-8) 112-100. The guests trailed by 3 points at the halftime before their 50-35 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Mono Vampire dominated down low during the game scoring 70 of its points in the paint compared to Kabayan's 40 and made 24-of-31 free shots (77.4 percent) during the game.
