Bangkok Cobras - Philippine Patriots 78:84

Philippine Patriots celebrated the 13th win in ASEAN League season. They stunned Bangkok Cobras away from home to improve at 13-2 record on top of the standings. Nakiea Miller (204-C-79, college: Iona) stepped up with 25 points and 11 rebounds for the winners.
The Cobras got to almost a perfect start. They enjoyed a 24:18 lead after ten minutes of action. The Patriots however took over in the second frame. The league leaders held the hosts 13 points and secured a 6-point lead at the interval 43:37. The teams increased the tempo in the third quarter. The Patriots and the Cobras exchanged baskets throughout the frame but the visitors managed to secure a 6-point lead heading into the fourth frame. Marvin Cruz (173-G-84) denied the deficit midway through the final term 75:75. But the Patriots held their opponents to just three points in the reminder of the contest and celebrated a well-deserved win at the end. Anthony Johnson (197-G/F-79, agency: Interperformances, college: La-Lafayette) fired 22 points, while Angelus Raymundo (196-C) added 12 points for the winning side. Ratdech Kruatiwa (191-G/F-85) answered with 17 points and 12 rebounds, while Marvin Cruz finished with 17 points for the Cobras.

TBSL Round 7: Hitech beats PEA in the most crucial game of the week - 26 minutes ago
There are only two more rounds left in the Regular Season in TBSL. Here is the last round review presented by ESL. Leader Hitech faced their biggest opponent PEA. Guests from Bangkok (7-0) defeated host PEA (5-2) 101-83. It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of PEA. Hitech dominated down low during the game scoring 70 of its points in the paint compared to PEA's 44. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 35 assists. Weatherspoon number one in Thailand for round 6 - 4 days ago
J.D. WEATHERSPOON American Forward J.D. Weatherspoon (198-F-92) had an amazing evening in the last round for second-ranked PEA, receiving a Interperformances Player of the Week award for round 6. The 25-year old player had a double-double of 27 points and 12 rebounds, while his team outclassed, the league's bottom-ranked team T-REX (#10, 0-6) with 29-point margin 114-85. TBSL Round 6: Mad Goat defeats Adroit in the closest game of the week - 5 days ago
There was no lack of excitement in the last round games. The round ended with favorites losing the games and games ending by tiny margin. Here is the last round review presented by ESL. The most exciting game of round 6 in the TBSL took place in Nakorn Phantom.
