What a coincidence that all visitors won their games.

Fifth-ranked Bank of Taiwan (7-13) used its home court advantage to challenge first ranked Pure Youth (17-3) on Friday. Pure Youth managed to secure only three-point victory 80-77. However their fans expected much easier game. Bank of Taiwan trailed by 13 points after 3 quarters before a 30-20 run in the last quarter cut the deficit to 77-80 at the end of the game. It was a good game for American power forward Quincy Davis (206-83, college: Tulane, agency: Elite Talent Exchange) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 15 rebounds. The former international swingman Ching-Pang Lin (190-85) contributed with 14 points for the winners. American forward Joseph Taylor (205-85, college: Wyoming, agency: Top Notch Sports) answered with a double-double by scoring 12 points, 15 rebounds and 4 assists for Bank of Taiwan. Pure Youth are looking forward to face league's second-placed Dacin Tigers in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Bank of Taiwan will have a break next round.
Very important is a loss of second ranked Dacin Tigers (12-9) against seventh ranked KKL (7-14) on Friday night. Dacin Tigers were defeated by KKL in a tough game 79-87.
