Dacin Tigers (SBL) added to their roster 24-year old American forward Taylor King (203-105kg-88, college: Concordia Irvine, agency: Elite Talent Exchange). He played last season at Kebs de Laval in Canadian NBL. In 9 NBL Canada games last year he recorded 6.1ppg and 2.8rpg. King also played at London Lightning in Canadian NBL Canada that season. In 22 games he averaged 6.0ppg and 2.8rpg. His team made it to the NBL Canada Semifinals.
King was voted All-NAIA D1 1st Team in 2011 at his college time.
King graduated from Concordia University at Irvine in 2011 and it will be his second season as a professional player.

Japan - Taiwan 71:70 Japan withheld a furious challenge from Taiwan to celebrate a crucial victory in the final day of the preliminary action at the East Asian Championship. South Korea - Taiwan 78:56 South Korea claimed the second consecutive victory at the start of the East Asian Championship in Incheon. The hosts held off Taiwan for 2-0 record on top of Group A.
