The Regular Season in KBL is slowly approaching the end. But there may be still some important changes in the final standings in the last 9 rounds. What a coincidence that all visitors won their games.

The game in Changwon was quite interesting. Third ranked Goyang Orions (30-15) played at the court of 7th ranked LG Sakers (19-26). Goyang Orions managed to secure a 8-point victory 81-73 on Thursday. LG Sakers trailed by 14 points at halftime and as many as 15 after three quarters before a 21-14 last quarter charge cut the deficit to 73-81 at the end of the game. Goyang Orions looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. The best player for the winners was international center Seung-Hyun Lee (201-92) who scored 21 points and 4 assists. American-Dominican guard O'Darien Bassett (189-86, college: Troy) chipped in 14 points and 6 assists. Central African-American power forward James Mays (206-86, college: Clemson) produced a double-double by scoring 27 points and 10 rebounds for the hosts. LG Sakers' coach Gang-Yang Taek rotated twelve players in this game, but that didn't help. Goyang Orions have a solid series of four victories in a row. Defending champion keeps a position of league leader, which they share with Samsung Th. and Anyang KGC. LG Sakers lost fifth consecutive game. They keep the seventh place with 26 games lost. Goyang Orions is looking forward to face Anyang KGC (#3) on the road in the next round, which may be the game of the day. LG Sakers will play against KCC Egis (#9) in Jeonju and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
The game in Seoul was also worth to mention about. Fifth ranked Mobis Phoebus (24-21) played at the court of 8th ranked SK Knights (17-28). Mobis Phoebus defeated SK Knights 76-61. The game was dominated by American players. Guard Nate Miller (193-87, college: Bowling Green) orchestrated the victory by scoring 17 points and 9 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Mobis Phoebus moved-up to fourth place. SK Knights lost third consecutive game. They keep the eighth position with 28 games lost. Mobis Phoebus will play against ET Land Elephants (#6) in Inchon in the next round. SK Knights will play on the road against Sonic Boom KT in Busan and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
We should mention about the upset which took place in Wonju, where higher ranked Dongbu Promy (24-22) lost at home to ninth ranked KCC Egis (16-30) 67-76 on Thursday.
