Tre Brewer joins Cape Breton Highlanders - Nov 7, 2016

Tre Brewer
Cape Breton Highlanders (NBL Canada) added to their roster 26-year old American swingman Tre Brewer (198-100kg-90, college: Youngstown State). He played most recently at AMK Bravehearts in Singapore Pro-Am-SBL where he averaged 27ppg, 8.2rpg and 3.2apg. He helped them to make it to the semifinals.
Brewer is quite experienced player. His career allowed him to visit four different continents, while he played in seven different countries. Brewer tasted the life as pro basketball player in Europe, Asia, Latin America and of course North America. He has played previously professionally in China, Colombia (Bayside), Cyprus (Omonia), Qatar (Al Ahli), UAE, Bolivia (Bolmar) and IBL (Santa Barbara B.).
Brewer attended Youngstown State until 2011 and it will be his 4th season as a professional player.

The Singapore men's basketball team thrashed Laos 103-51 to win their second SEA Games Group B match at Stadium MABA in Kuala Lumpur yesterday. Merlion Cup returns for a second year with six teams competing - 17 days ago
The Basketball Association of Singapore (BAS) has announced the return of the Merlion Cup competition on Wednesday. The six-team tournament, which returned last year after a 20-year hiatus, will see four new teams take part.
