Graham Louis (205-F/C-84) came up with 32 points and 10 rebounds to lead the charge. The Dragons fell at 11-10 record in the fourth position in the ladder. The Slingers started the game aggressively. They poured in 62 points in the first half to clear off. They piled up a 23-point halftime lead. The Slingers maintained the lead throughout the third term. The visitors ensured a 24-point lead at the final intermission. The Dragons went on a 27:20 run in the final term but it was too little to threaten the margin. The Singapore Slingers are out of ASEAN League playoff race. They lost tonight to the Indonesia Warriors and got eliminated from the battle for the fourth position in the ladder. The Thailand Slammers will be the last (fourth) participant of the playoffs. Chris Daniels (200-PF-82, college: Georgia) stepped up with 15 points and 21 rebounds to lead the Warriors to the victory today. The hosts jumped to a 13:6 lead midway through the first quarter. The Warriors though capped the opening period on a 9:2 rally to gain 15:13 lead. The visitors maintained the advantage throughout the second period. The Warriors arrived at halftime up by 7 points 33:26. The Slingers sparked intrigue late in the period cutting the deficit at 3-point mark. But the Warriors quickly responded and entered the fourth frame up by 8 points. They never looked back in the fourth term and sealed the win at the end.
