He played last season at Al Salam in Saudi Arabian SBL league, played few games with Al Khor in Qatari league that year. The other team he played shortly was Hoops Club in Lebanese Pepsi LBL where in 6 games he recorded 13.8ppg, 8.3rpg, 1.5apg, 1.0spg and 1.0bpg last season.
Among other achievements Haymon won Saudi Arabian League championship title in 2016. He received also New Comer of the Year award back in 2011 at his college time.
Haymon is a very experienced player. Thanks to his pro career he managed to play on five different continents (Europe, Asia, Latin America, Africa and of course North America) in six different countries. Haymon has played previously professionally in Mexico, Romania (CS Dinamo Bucuresti), Peru (Regatas), Libya (Ahly Tripoli) and Thailand (Mono Vampire).
He attended Lee University until 2011 and it will be his seventh season in pro basketball.
The scouts decsribe him following way: Antonio Haymon is a super-athletic combo forward with lock down defense and extreme endurance. With a 40 inch vertical, he has the ability to attack the rim and dunk over any defenders and finish strong around the rim. He has a solid work ethic and is constantly working to improve his game.
