Asociacion Quimsa Santiago del Estero (LigaA) tabbed 28-year old American point guard Reggie Hamilton (182-80kg-89, college: Oakland, agency: SDJ Sports). He started the season at Al Shamal in Qatari D1 league. In 5 games he had very impressive stats: 25.8ppg, 4.2rpg, 5.6apg and 1.8spg this season. The last season Hamilton played at Niigata Albirex (BJ League) in Japan where in 6 games he recorded also remarkable stats: 16.5ppg, 3.3rpg, 5.5apg and 1.3spg.
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others his college team won Summit League Tournament for two years in a row (2010 and 2011). Hamilton was also voted USBasket.com All-NCAA D1 1st Team and NABC Division I All-District 12 1st Team back in 2012.
He has played on three different continents (Europe, Asia and of course North America). Hamilton has played previously professionally in Italy (VL Pesaro, Chieti, Scafati and FCM Ferentino), Poland (Siarka) and D-League (Salt Lake City Stars).
He attended Oakland University until 2012 and it is his fifth season as a professional player.
Hamilton could be described: A classic combo guard player, who can spend time in 1 and 2 positions.

The most crucial game of the last round was the first loss ofAl Arabi (4-1) in Doha on Tuesday night. Hosts were edged by third ranked Qatar Sports Club (4-1) 73-72. Satria Muda Pertamina Jakarta (IBL) landed 33-year old American point guard Kevin Bridgewaters (179-84, college: Chattanooga). He made his comeback on basketball court after two year break. The last time (14-15) he played at Al Khor in Qatari D1 league. Among other achievements Bridgewaters' team made it to the African Champions Cup final in 2013. American Baden Jaxen (190-G-90) had a very impressive game in the last round for Qatar Club and that's him to receive a Asia-basket.com Player of the Week award for round 5. The 27-year old guard had the game-high 28 points adding eight rebounds and eight assists for Qatar Club in his team's victory, helping them to crush Al Wakrah (#5, 2-2) with 24-point margin 97-73.
