Nepal 3x3 Boys and Girls team off to Bangkok - May 19, 2013
Nepali Boys and Girls 33 basketball teams are leaving for Thailandtoday to participate in the First FIBA Asia U-18 boys and girls 3X3 Basketball Championship to be held in Bangkok from May 22-24, 2013. Coach Bikash Shahi will lead the Nepali teams as Manager/Coach. Sneha Shrestha, Anusha Malla, Shreya Khadka and Chhoki Dolma Tamang are in the Nepali womens team while the mens team comprises Dilli Kumar Limbu, Krishna Man Maharjan, Binesh Neupane and Sonam Thendu Sherpa.

Qatar, India lift first FIBA ASIA 3x3 Championship title - May 19, 2013
India beat Mongolia 21-14 to win womens gold while Qatar beat Saudi Arabia 19-17 to win mens gold. Turkmenistan beat HK 10-8 to obtain 3rd place in womens category while Iran beat Jordan 19-8 to obtain 3rd place in mens category of thefirst FIBA ASIA 3x3 Championship
