Negeri Sembilan have won 58th MABA/MATRIX Agong Cup with 6 participating teams featuring defending champions Police, Sarawak, Malacca, Sabah and Selangor. In the Final game Negeri Sembilan won over Melaka 73-70. The last period was decisive in the game as the winners needed a final 23-15 push to seal the victory. Yiat Hou Wong (191-G/F-96) top-scored for the winners with 19 points and Ivan Yeo (193-F-93) notched 14. Shee Fai Loh (192-G/F-89) ended up with 23 points in the losing effort.

The Dragons were down 69-71 against the Eagles with time running out in the fourth quarter at the Maba Stadium.
