Malaysia go down fighting to Australia ACBA Dragons - 5 days ago
Malaysia provided good hustle but still fell short in the men's final of the Maba International Basketball Invitation Championships. In the end, Malaysia suffered a narrow 59-63 loss to the Australia ACBA Dragons at the Maba Stadium yesterday. It was sweet revenge for ACBA as they were beaten 73-76 in overtime by Malaysia in a preliminary match on Friday. The Australians started off well, taking a 6-1 lead before the Malaysians were stirred into action. ACBA continued to be in front and D...   [read more]

It had been a physical game between the Malaysia National Team and the ACBA Dragons from Australia and everyone at MABA Stadium was waiting for the referees to give their verdict on whether Wei Hong Choo was able to beat the buzzer or not. The officials were quick to waive off the basket and as the fans gr...   [read more]

Ting's Turn to Erupt: Malaysia Wins Second Straight Game Against Chung Chou University - 7 days ago
'He told me to take the baskets whenever I have open shots.' Chun Hong Ting (193-C-96) said about his coach's advice in this game. Ting had a poor shooting night in the previous game when he missed all six long range shots, but was more on target today. It was clear early on that it was going to be a special game for Ting. After being substituted in at the 4...   [read more]
