DEWAYNE JACKSON

Champville (LBL) agreed terms with 27-year old American forward Dewayne Jackson (203-95kg-90, college: Morgan State, agency: Higher Vision Sports). He played this summer at HBC Sicklerville (The Basketball Tournament) in the U.S. The last season Jackson played at Sagesse where in 29 LBL games he was second best scorer with impressive 24.0ppg and averaged 7.9rpg, 4.2apg, 2.3spg (leader !!!) and 1.2bpg. He helped them to make it to the semifinals. Quite impressive season as he was named to Asia-Basket.com All-Lebanese League 2nd Team, All-Imports Team and League Player of the Week (2 times).
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others Jackson's college team won MEAC Tournament in 2010. He was also voted Eurobasket.com All-Bulgarian League Defensive Player of the Year back in 2015.
Jackson has played previously professionally in Lebanon (Homenetmen) and Bulgaria (Beroe).
He attended Morgan State until 2013 and it will be his sixth season as a professional player.
On Jackson: Jackson is one of the fastest, strongest, and best ball handling wings in Europe. He has high stats in every category, and with his height, cannot be guarded 1-on-1 on perimeter. He is also able to shoot from 3 consistently, and can defend at any position.Very similar style of game with Kevin Durant.

Champville roster for 2018-2019:

Guards:
Jad Khalil
Ali Mezher
Ahmad Sbeity

Forwards:
Fadi El_Khatib
Dewayne Jackson
Nadim Souaid
Ahmad Ibrahim

Centers:
Nadim Hawi
Daniel Faris
