Al Riyadi cruised past CS Antonine to sweep the quarterfinal series. Al Riyadi shot 21 for 29 from the free-throw line, while CS Antonine only scored four points from the stripe. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 31 assists comparing to just 18 passes made by CS Antonine's players. It was a great evening for American Mike Harris (198-83, college: Rice) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 13 rebounds. His fellow American import guard Shannon Shorter (193-89, college: N.Texas) helped adding 17 points and 5 assists. Al Riyadi's coach Ahmad Farran felt very confident that he used 10 players and allowed the starting five to rest. The best for the losing side was American-Jordanian guard Rasheim Wright (192-81, college: District of Col.) with 25 points and American guard Kevin Brown (190-92, college: New Orleans) scored 15 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists. Five Al Riyadi and four CS Antonine players scored in double figures.

Moutahed snatched a tough road win over Beirut to narrow the deficit. Al Moutahed outrebounded Beirut Club 41-28 including 31 on the defensive glass. It was an exceptional evening for Bosnian-Serbian center Mile Ilic (215-84) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 20 points, 13 rebounds and 4 assists. American guard Ramel Curry (191-80, college: CSU Bakersfield) accounted for 21 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists for the winning side. Five Al Moutahed players scored in double figures. Al Moutahed's coach Alen Abaz used a ten-player rotation saving starting five for next games. The former international forward Bassel Bawji (203-89, college: Tulsa) came up with 27 points and Nigerian-American guard Michael Efevberha (193-84, college: CS Northridge) added 17 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists respectively for Beirut Club in the defeat.

It was an exceptional evening for American forward Dewayne Jackson (203-90, college: Morgan St., agency: Higher Vision Sports) who led the winners and scored 27 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists. The former international Jasmon Youngblood (195-84, college: Kent St.) accounted for 22 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists for the winning side. Four Sagesse players scored in double figures. American forward J.J. Homenetmen defeated Louaize to seal their next round appearance. Homenetmen forced 21 Louaize turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. It was a good game for American swingman Sam Young (198-85, college: Pittsburgh) who led his team to a victory with 27 points and 7 rebounds. Forward Hayk Gyokchyan (203-90, college: Franklin & Marshall) contributed with 19 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Australian-South Sudanese forward Deng Deng (203-92, college: Baylor, agency: Slash Sports) answered with a double-double by scoring 22 points, 14 rebounds and 5 assists and guard Jimmy Salem (190-95) added 19 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists in the effort for Louaize. Four Homenetmen and five Louaize players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
