INVICTUS Sports Group announces that Dalibor Bagaric (217-C-80, agency: INVICTUS Sports Group) signed a contract until the end of the 2012/2013 season with the club of Amchit in Lebanon, actually 6th placed in the Lebanese Basketball League with 3 wins and 2 losses. The Croatian center (217 cm, class 1980) comes back to Lebanon after playing a couple of weeks for Al Riyadi Beirut in September, giving a great contribution to the conquest of the prestigious Hariri Tournament, in which he scored 10 points with 8 rebounds in 20' in the Final against Ess Mabrouck Tunis, Champion of Africa, and globally he averaged 8.8 points and 5.2 rebounds in 4 games. Last season Dalibor played for Cedevita Zagreb (after four games in ACB with Valladolid), winnng the Croatian National Cup and reaching the Final of the Adriatic ABA League, lost on the court of Maccabi Tel Aviv. He averaged 5.4 points and 2.9 rebounds in 14 games in the Croatian A1 League, 4.0 points with 2.9 rebounds in 17 games of the Adriatic ABA League and 3.0 points with 3.5 rebounds in Eurocup. He wrote season "highs" of 17 points and 9 rebounds, even if having short playing time, around 10' per game. In the 2010/2011 he was the MVP of the Greek League with BC Maroussi, averaging 12.2 points and 8.2 rebounds with 19.0 of personal ranking in 26' per game - increasing to 13.7 points with 21.0 of personal ranking in the Greek Playoffs - after starting the season in Croatia with KK Dubrava scoring 13.6 points per game with 11.6 rebounds. At the age of 32, he represents one of the most experienced centers of European basketball. Along his career he also played for Cibona, Girona, Olympiakos, Fortitudo Bologna, and three years in the NBA with the Chicago Bulls.

Sagesse - Al Hekmeh Beirut (Pepsi LBL) tabbed 33-year old former international guard Mohammed Ibrahim (196-99kg-83). In his first game he scored 2 points, grabbed 7 rebounds and 4 assists. However his new team lost to Mayrouba 69-85. It is actually his comeback to Beirut as he has played here before. Ibrahim played most recently at Tadamon in the Pepsi LBL. Mayrouba (Pepsi LBL) added to their roster 25-year old American center John Bohannon (210-95kg-91, college: UTEP). In his first game he scored 22 points, grabbed 16 rebounds and 5 assists helping his new team beat Sagesse 85-69. He played last season at Erie Bay Hawks (D-League) in the U.S. In 20 games he recorded 5.3ppg, 5.8rpg and 1.2apg. Lebanon defeated China in the 3x3 Basketball Bronze Medal Game - 9 days ago

AUL represented Lebanon at the FISU 3x3 Basketball Championship and grabbed a bronze medal after a hard game against China, the host country, in Xiamen, China.
