D1 Round 35: Kazma is defeated by Al Jahraa - Apr 1, 2016

The game between third ranked Kazma (20-5) and fourth ranked Al Jahraa (16-10) was the most important one in the last round on Wednesday night. Kazma was defeated by Al Jahraa in a tough game in Al Jahraa 68-74. It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of Kazma. Al Jahraa maintains fourth place with 16-10 record. Kazma at the other side keeps the third position with five games lost. Al Jahraa will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Kazma will play at home against Al Sulaibikhat and is hoping to win this game.
D1 top team - Al Qadsia (23-0) managed to deliver another win. This time they beat ninth ranked Al Shabab (7-19) in Kuwait City 93-79. Undefeated Al Qadsia have an impressive series of twenty two victories in a row. They maintain first place with 23-0 record. Al Shabab at the other side keeps the ninth position with 19 games lost. Al Qadsia will play against Al Nasar (#6) in An Nasr in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Al Shabab will have a break next round.
Bottom-ranked Al Sulaibikhat (0-23) is still winless. This time they lost on the road their 23th consecutive match to fifth ranked Al Arabi (16-11) 89-67 on Wednesday evening. Al Arabi maintains fifth place with 16-11 record. Al Sulaibikhat lost their twenty second game in a row. They still close the standings. Al Arabi will meet Al Tadhamon (#10) in the next round which should be theoretically another easy game. Al Sulaibikhat will play against Kazma in Kuwait City and hopes to get finally their first victory.
The game in Yarmouk supposed to be also worth to mention about. Second ranked Al Kuwait (23-2) played at the court of 8th ranked Al Yarmook (8-17). Al Kuwait smashed Al Yarmook 80-48. Defending champion maintains second place with 23-2 record having just two point less than leader Al Qadsia. Al Yarmook at the other side keeps the eighth position with 17 games lost. Al Kuwait will have a break next round. Al Yarmook will play on the road against Al Sahel (#7) in Abu Halifa and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

Al Jahraa - Kazma 74-68
