The most interesting game was a derby match between two local teams from Kuwait City: Al Kuwait (#2) and Al Arabi (#4). Al Kuwait (22-2) won against visiting Al Arabi (15-11) 98-84. Defending champion maintains second position with 22-2 record having just two point less than leader Al Qadsia. Al Arabi at the other side dropped to the fifth place with 11 games lost.

Undefeated Al Qadsia have an impressive 21-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 22-0 record. Al Tadhamon lost eighth consecutive game. They keep the tenth place with 23 games lost.
The game in An Nasr was also quite interesting. Fifth ranked Al Jahraa (15-10) played at the court of 6th ranked Al Nasar (12-13). Al Jahraa managed to secure a 5-point victory 95-90 on Sunday. Al Jahraa moved-up to fourth place. Loser Al Nasar keeps the sixth position with 13 games lost.

Kazma - Al Yarmook 91-87

No shocking result in a game when third ranked Kazma (20-4) beat 8th ranked Al Yarmook (8-16) in Kuwait City 91-87 on Sunday. However just four-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. Kazma have an impressive five-game winning streak. They maintain third position with 20-4 record despite having the same number of points like the leader Al Qadsia. Loser Al Yarmook keeps the eighth place with 16 games lost.
