Undefeated Al Qadsia (9-1) recorded its first loss in Abu Halifa on Friday night. Visitors were defeated by fourth ranked Al Sahel (9-2) 75-60. It ended at the same time the nine-game winning streak of Al Qadsia. Al Sahel have an impressive five-game winning streak. They moved-up to third place, which they share with Kazma. Al Qadsia at the other side keeps the second position with one game lost.
Another interesting game was a derby match between two teams from Kuwait City: Al Kuwait (#1) and Al Arabi (#5). Al Kuwait (11-1) smashed visiting Al Arabi (6-5) by 16 points 82-66. Al Kuwait have a solid four-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 11-1 record. Al Arabi at the other side keeps the fifth place with five games lost.
The game with biggest result difference took place in Al Jahraa. Local Al Jahraa (5-6) outscored 11th ranked Al Shabab (1-11) 69-49 on Friday night. Al Jahraa have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to seventh place, which they share with Al Sulaibikhat. Loser Al Shabab dropped to the bottom position with 11 games lost.

There were many interesting games last round. The round ended with change at the leadership position and favorites losing the games. The biggest surprise took place in An Nasr where host Al Nasar (3-4) edged league's leader Al Kuwait (6-1) 69-66 on Wednesday evening.
