D1 Round 13: Al Qadsia hands first loss to undefeated Al Kuwait - Dec 10, 2012

The most crucial game of the last round was the first loss of undefeated Al Kuwait (7-1) in Kuwait City on Sunday night. Hosts were defeated by leader Al Qadsia (6-0) 93-88. It ended at the same time the seven-game winning streak of Al Kuwait. Undefeated Al Qadsia have an impressive series of six victories in a row. They maintain third place with 6-0 record behind leader Al Kuwait. Al Kuwait at the other side still keeps top position with one game lost. They share it with Kazma.
Important game to mention about took place in An Nasr. Second ranked Kazma (7-1) saved a 2-point derby victory on the road edging 4th placed Al Nasar (3-4) 65-63 on Sunday evening. The victory was the fourth consecutive win for Kazma. They used an opportunity after Al Kuwait lost their game and moved up joining them at the top position. Al Nasar at the other side keeps the fourth place with four games lost.
Al Tadhamon's fans can finally celebrate the first win of their team after six consecutive loses. They used home court advantage to defeat Al Shabab (0-9) 73-60 on Sunday. Al Tadhamon maintains eleventh place with 1-6 record. It was Al Shabab's ninth loss in a row. They still closes the standings with nine games lost.

In the last game of round 13 Al Yarmook was beaten by Al Sulaibikhat on the road 76-64.


Al Tadhamon - Al Shabab 73-60

Al Tadhamon's fans can finally celebrate the first win of their team after six consecutive loses. They used home court advantage to defeat Al Shabab (0-9) 73-60 on Sunday. Al Tadhamon maintains eleventh place with 1-6 record. It was Al Shabab's ninth loss in a row. They still closes the standings with nine games lost.
