BK Kaspiy Aktau sign Andrey Kislitsin (201-F-90) and Reinis Strupovics (192-G-87) for the upcoming season.
BK Kaspiy Aktau agreed terms with 22-year old forward Andrey Kislitsin. Kislitsin played most recently at Adanaspor in Turkish TB3L. In 18 TB3L games (10-11 season) he recorded just 2.1ppg and 1.7rpg.
Kislitsin was a member of Turkish U18 National Team back in 2007, and played also for U16 National Team between 2005 and 2006.
BK Kaspiy Aktau also agreed terms with 25-year old Latvian guard Reinis Strupovics (192-87). Strupovics played last season at Valga Korvpallikool in Estonian KML league. He managed to play in four leagues last year (!!!). In 13 KML games he had 20.9ppg, 4.1rpg, 2.6apg and 1.6spg. Quite impressive season as he was named to Eurobasket.com All-Estonian League Honorable Mention. Strupovics also played at Barsy Atyrau earlier that season. In 4 Baltic League games he recorded 10.5ppg, 2.0rpg, 1.3apg and 1.3spg. The other team he played that season for was Jelgava in Latvian league. In 2 Baltic League games he recorded 19.0ppg, 1.5rpg and 1.0apg. Strupovics also played 8 games in Latvian LBL where he recorded 12.4ppg, 3.3rpg, 1.4apg and 1.3spg.

Proximus Spirou Charleroi (Scooore League) signed 26-year old American forward Adam Kemp (208-107kg-90, college: Marist). He played last season at BK Astana in Kazakhstan D1 league. But in only one VTB United League game he recorded just 1 point, 1 rebound and 1 assist. He played in the final of Kazakhstan League. BC Astana - Barsy Atyrau 73:82 Barsy Atyrau clinched D1 title. They overcame BC Astana in the third game of the championship series and captured the trophy. Barsy Atyrau earned the first D1 title since 2012 breaking up BC Astana's dominance. Five players scored in double digits for the champions. Astana claimed a 25:20 lead ten minutes into the game.
