Quincy Douby to join ASU for Asia Champions Cup - Aug 28, 2013

Quincy Douby
Quincy Douby (191-G-84, college: Rutgers) will suit up for ASU for the 24th Asia Champions Cup. The guard started the previous season with Zhejiang Chouzhou Bank in CBA. He tallied impressive 31.6 points, 4.4 assists, 3.7 boards and 2.4 steals per game. The guard made it into All-Chinese CBA 1st Team. Later Quincy Douby moved to Sagesse in Lebanon. His stats read 24.9 points, 4.6 assists and 2.9 rebounds per appearance. Previously Quincy Douby had stints in China, Turkey and NBA. He was named into All-Turkish League 2nd Team in 2010. Quincy Douby was the member of the Montenegrin National Team back in 2010. The guard will team up with Chris Daniels (211-C-84, college: Limoges) as two import players for ASU at the tournament.
The Asia Champions Cup is slated to start in Amman on September 13th.   



Al Awdah beat Al Riyadi to tie the records - 2 days ago
Al Awdah beat Al Riyadi to tie the records on top of Final Four top stage at 3-1. Al Awdah posted a narrow 75-74 win in the latest round. Orthodox meanwhile overcame Kofer Yoba 83-57 to grab a 2-2 record on the third place. Kofer Yoba meanwhile is winless with a 0-4 record. On February 25th Al Riyadi will take on Kofer Yoba, while Al Awdah will play against Orthodox.   [read more]
Al Riyadi win U16 championship - 2 days ago
Al Riyadi won U16 championship as they swept the final series against Orthodox. They posted three victories in a row. Al Riyadi won the first game 80-68, then added a 85-60 in game 2 and triumphed with a 53-46 in game 3. In the game for the third place Galilee overcame Freedom. At the start of the league there were 8 participants in the standings.   [read more]
