Cyprus registered the third straight win at Four Nations Tournament. The hosts held off Jordan to clinch the trophy. Andreas Sizopoulos (189-G-83) scored 13 points to lead the winners. Jordan suffered the third straight loss.
Cyprus led by five points after ten minutes 23:18. The teams stayed close throughout the second quarter. Cyprus registered a 40:35 halftime lead. The home team stretched the margin in the third term. They accounted for a 60:44 lead heading into the fourth quarter. Jordan went on a massive comeback rally in the final stanza but came up just short of win at the end. Anthony King (206-F/C-85, agency: Interperformances, college: Miami, FL) posted 12 points, while Christodoulos Kaskiris (206-C/F-79) had 10 points for the winners. Ali Jamal (205-C/F-88) answered with 22 points and 14 boards for Jordan. Mohammad Shaher (210-C-90) had 12 points in the loss.

RASHEIM WRIGHT Guaiqueries de Margarita (LPB) strengthened their roster with addition of experienced 36-year old Jordanian guard Rasheim Wright (192-91kg-81, college: of District of Columbia). He has a double citizenship as he also holds American passport. Wright moved there from played at CS Antonine in Lebanese LBL league where he started the season. Al Ahli celebrate League 2017/2018 title - 1 month ago
Al Ahli celebrated Jordan Basketball League 2017/2018 title. In the Final stage they beat kafr yoba 82-80 in the last game. Being tied at 62:62 both teams stayed within 1-2 points at the end of the game as Al Ahli grabbed the valuable win. Later Al Riyadi Aramex beat Jazira 82-75 and Orthodox edged Star Jordan 93-82.
