Brandon Cole joins Toyama Grouses - Nov 4, 2012

Toyama Grouses (BJ League) agreed terms with 28-year old American power forward Brandon Cole (203-113kg-84, college: Xavier, agency: Global Sports Plaza). He just played at Ceara in Brazilian NBB league. Cole ended the last season at Al Ansar in Saudi Arabian Premier League. He helped them to make it to the semifinals. But the most of that year he spent at Fersped-Rabotnicki in FYR Macedonian Prva Liga. In 13 games last year he had 12.9ppg, 6.3rpg and 1.7apg.
In 2007 Cole was drafted by Xinjiang Gyang Hui Flying Tigers (CBA) in first round (8th overall).
He attended Xavier University and it will be his sixth season in pro basketball. Coles team won Macedonian Supercup.
He was voted Asia-Basket.com All-Japanese BJ League 2nd Team in 2011.
Cole is quite experienced player. He has played also professionally in Chile (Dep.Castro), China, Indonesia (Satria Muda), Mexico (Lobos Grises), Romania (Rovinari), Turkey, IBL (Gary Steelheads), Japan (Miyazaki Shining Suns) and FYR Macedonia (Plejmejker-Kubus Skopje).

Tochigi Brex - SeaHorses 63-65 Tochigi Brex reached B League Final. They did so despite losing Game 2 to SeaHorses. Tochigi managed to earn win in the extra period. Tochigi Brex trailed by 13 points at halftime and as many as 19 after three quarters before a 25-8 last quarter charge cut the deficit to 63-65 at the end of the game.
