Toyotsu Fighting Eagles Nagoya (B League D2) landed experienced 37-year old naturalized American forward Jo Kurino-Dews (195-98kg-80, college: Mount Olive) from Shimane Susanoo Magic. In 57 B League D2 games he averaged just 2.4ppg and 2.9rpg last season. He helped them to win the regular season and make it to the final. Toyota Alvark Tokyo (B League) strengthened their roster with addition of 25-year old guard Seiya Ando (184-92) from Akita Northern Happinets. In 62 B League games he recorded 10.6ppg, 4.5rpg, 3.0apg and 1.0spg last season. Great year indeed as he was voted to Japanese B League All-Star Game.
