Superleague is at the halfway of the Regular Season and there are still another 11 rounds left.

Iraqi Airways were crushed at home by 19 points 71-90 and even the advantage of their own court did not help. Al Nift have a solid series of four victories in a row. They maintain second place with 9-2 record behind leader Al Shurtah, which they share with Nift Al-Janoub. Newly promoted Iraqi Airways keep the ninth position with eight games lost. Al Nift will play against An Nasiriyah (#10) on the road in the next round and are hoping to win another game.
