IBL Round 8 (Second Stage): Derby game ends with Al Nift's defeat of Al Kahraba - 15 hours ago
There are only two more rounds left in the Second Stage in IBL. Coincidentally all hosts won their games. Here is the last round review presented by ESL. The most interesting game was a derby match between two local teams from Baghdad: Al Nift (#1) and Al Kahraba (#3). Al Nift (22-3) smashed visiting Al Kahraba (17-7) by 30 points 119-89. Defending champion maintains first position with 22-3 record. Al Kahraba lost third consecutive game. They keep the third place with seven games lost.    [read more]

Host teams show no mercy winning all games. Here is the last round review presented by ESL. The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of top-ranked Al Nift (21-3) in Baghdad on Tuesday night. Visitors were defeated by second ranked Al Shurtah (20-4) 88-76. What a coincidence that all visitors won their games. Here is the last round review presented by ESL. An interesting game for Al Shurtah (19-4) which played road game in Basra against 4th ranked Nift Al-Janoub (12-11). Second ranked Al Shurtah had an easy win 82-66.
