Shokoufeh Sarrafpour (176-G/F-85) , the Iranian national, reached a deal with Qazvin Basketball Board. The team is the same as Qazvin Jahan Macaroni but changed their name since the sponsors dropped the team due to financial problems.
Sarrafpour reached a a one year deal with the team and she will join some other nationals signed with the team.

Mahram strengthened their roster with addition of 25-year old American guard Tena Matthews (173-G-85, college: Northwestern St.) (173-G-85, college: Northwestern St.). Matthews played also pro basketball in Denmark and Romania. She has spent his college career at Northwestern State averaging 15.2ppg, 9.5rpg, 1.9apg, 2.2spg, 0.3bpg, 3PT: 42.9%, FT: 77.8% in her last season.
