Mahram Tehran (Superleague) signed 33-year old Bosnian/Serbian power forward Ratko Varda (216-120kg-79, agency: Beo Basket). Varda played last season at Azovmash in Ukrainian Superleague. In 10 Eurocup games he had 9.0ppg and 2.7rpg. He also played 15 games in Superleague where he recorded 6.8ppg and 3.1rpg. Varda also played at Union Olimpija in Slovenian league earlier that season. In 17 Euroleague games he recorded 10.8ppg and 2.9rpg. He represented Bosnia at the Qualifications to European Championships 2011 two years ago. His stats at that event were 8 games: 13.5ppg, 5.3rpg, FGP: 53.4%, 3PT: 7.7%, FT: 65.9%.
Varda is quite experienced player. He has played also professionally in Lithuania (Zalgiris), Poland (Asseco Prokom), Russia (Khimky), Spain (Real Madrid and Menorca Basquet), Turkey (Besiktas).

Shahrdary Arak (Superleague) inked experienced 37-year old Bulgarian small forward Filip Videnov (196-97kg-80, college: W.Kentucky, agency: Alti Sport). He started the season at Lukoil Academic Sofia in Bulgarian NBL league. Videnov managed to play in three leagues this year (!!!). In 15 NBL games he recorded 8.9ppg, 1.9rpg and 2.0apg.
